Our Mission:

Our mission is to create one-on-one fitness programs for our clients. We will help motivate and guide you to help you achieve your specific goals. Clients may wish to lose weight or gain muscle, and as your personal trainer we are here to teach and help you to exercise properly using workouts, specific plans, and therapies.

 

Personal Training Rates:

$150.00 per hour | 10 - 1 hour Sessions for $1400.00 |

Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation:

The 3 month Injury Rehabilitation is a multi-disciplinary approach to the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of injuries. The first step towards recovery is getting an accurate diagnosis. Typically, the initial stage of treatment involves reducing pain and promoting healing.

The rehabilitation plan must take into account the fact that the objective of the client (the athlete) is to return to the same activity and environment in which the injury occurred. Functional capacity after rehabilitation should be the same, if not better, than before injury.

The ultimate goal of the process is to limit the extent of the injury, reduce or reverse the impairment and functional loss, and prevent, correct or eliminate altogether the disability.

This program includes:

  • Receive one treatment/session per week

  • Week by week personalized program (access to PBY open gym included in cost)
